Every email, every CRM entry and every payment waits for an okay. Reading runs without asking.
- Change values. Subject, text or amount can be edited in the card before the approval.
- Reject with a reason. The agent reworks the step and submits it again.
- In the chat, in the inbox or in Teams. Approvals show up where you work. For paused runs an email goes out as well.
- Marked values from outside sources. Values from incoming emails are marked, with their source.
